Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; rotating on-call coverage required

What You’ll Do
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, appliances, minor electrical systems, and HVAC equipment
- Prepare apartments for new residents by completing turnover repairs and maintenance
- Perform preventive and general property maintenance
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain common areas, building systems, and community spaces
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable codes
- Communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, vendors, and contractors
- Participate in training and professional-development opportunities
- Share rotating on-call coverage with the maintenance team
What We’re Looking For
- One to two years of residential, apartment, hotel, building, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing, appliances, electrical repairs, and HVAC troubleshooting
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to live within 30 minutes of the property for on-call coverage
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Availability for rotating on-call coverage, including occasional weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry more than 50 pounds when required and safely climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings before employment
